As a Business Systems Analyst at AMAX, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating current systems, comprehending organizational needs, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.
- Gaining insights into AMAX's structure, policies, and procedures to propose solutions that streamline daily operations.
- Engaging in user requirement discussions to uncover potential areas for process optimization and technical innovations.
- Creating and documenting user requirements, future process flows, and collaborating with the development team to devise solutions that align with business needs.
- Designing user-friendly solutions while minimizing complex coding and customization.
- Working closely with both local and international development teams to ensure that solutions fulfill business objectives.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to system functionalities and usage.
- Providing continuous system support, addressing user inquiries, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported issues, and communicating resolutions effectively.
- Offering training and assistance to end-users to facilitate the effective use of new or updated systems.
- Overseeing projects related to system development, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, etc.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing user input and requirements.
- Proficient in documenting user stories and creating future process flow diagrams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies for end-user products: Functional, Performance, Security, Usability, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any programming experience is a plus.
