Position Summary:
As a Shipping Administrator/Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling of shipping operations while assisting in product assembly. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and collaborating with suppliers and carriers to guarantee timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate the shipment of products to ensure prompt delivery.
2. Maintain precise records of all shipping activities.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
4. Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
5. Address and resolve any shipment-related issues, such as delays or damages.
6. Adhere strictly to quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Relevant experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a similar field.
- Technical assembly experience in a production setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- A solid understanding of shipping processes and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in shipping software and relevant tools, along with the capability to follow detailed instructions.
- Familiarity with common hand tools and mechanical equipment; forklift operation is a plus.
