  • Promote properties and amenities to prospective tenants in a positive light.
  • Assist landlords in navigating the market.
  • Advertise available properties using various media and promotional materials.
  • Evaluate customer needs, standards, and economic viability.
  • Stay informed about the property market status.
  • Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime, etc.).
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions, and close deals.
  • Manage transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork completion.
  • Build relationships with landlords and tenants for future leases, sales, or purchases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Valid state real estate license.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Effective presentation and response skills to sensitive issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Conducts advanced financial analysis.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Problem-solving skills involving several options in situations requiring advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Must use professional judgment and make decisions with a thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License.
