- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows, applying Lean methodologies.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in life or health underwriting.
- Proficient in AWD or similar systems, with strong skills in MS Office, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Capacity to meet high productivity standards for oneself and the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, potentially in a remote environment.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Compensation PackageThe salary range for this role typically falls between $94,000 and $130,000. Additionally, this position may qualify for an annual bonus based on company performance and individual contributions, subject to company discretion.
