Advanced Care Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Advanced Care Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
As an Advanced Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to residents in post-acute care facilities. Your tasks will include creating care plans, delivering treatments and medications, reviewing care options, educating residents and family members, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories.
- Providing quality care as an RN in post-acute care facilities
- Creating care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
- Delivering the best treatments and administration of medications to each resident
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educating residents and family members about best options for care
- Setting up, monitoring medical equipment as needed
- Making sure staff is compliant with nursing standards and facility policies
- Drawing fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis
- Training and supervising nurses and support staff
The estimated annual salary for this position is $96,480-$112,640, based on the hourly pay range of $47-$56 and 40 hours of work per week.
