Job Summary

South Coast Children's Society, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in the San Bernardino Wrap Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to children and their families, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy, formulating diagnoses and completing clinical assessments and treatment plans.
  • Utilize a trauma-informed approach when working with children and their families.
  • Administer measures such as the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 and utilize results to inform treatment.
  • Collaborate effectively with outside agencies to ensure clients' treatment goals are met and in compliance with court-orders.
  • Attend all required meetings, such as Children and Family Team meetings.
  • Effectively collaborate with the program's multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
  • 1+ years' experience in report writing, assessment/diagnostic skills, group and family therapy skills.
  • Licensure, Registration, Certification: PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT preferred. If not licensed, active registration with the California BBS or Board of Psychology as Registered Psychologist.
  • Valid CA driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $66,560 - $88,000.00 per year, with bonuses available for hour milestones. South Coast Children's Society, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
