Job Responsibilities:
This full-time position will involve delivering high-quality patient care as an OB/GYN, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to women's health patients. You will have the opportunity to divide your clinic time between Barrington and Crystal Lake, allowing for a great work-life balance. The call schedule is 1:4, and you will deliver babies at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, a level 2 trauma center with a strong support team, including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and a Surgery Scheduler.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid medical liability coverage. Additionally, you will receive a 401(k) plan with up to 6% employer contribution, CME allowance, relocation assistance up to $12,000, parental leave, adoption assistance, and surrogacy assistance. Our organization also offers student loan forgiveness up to $90,000.
