Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internet customers and prospects through various communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Keep an organized customer database to encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle while staying informed about new products and features.
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their characteristics and capabilities, conducting test drives, and comparing models.
- Learn to navigate objections, negotiate pricing, close sales, and follow company standards throughout the sales process.
- Proactively seek potential customers and maintain relationships with previous clients.
- Participate in product and sales training as required.
- Recognize that our business thrives on customer service and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a follow-up system that fosters repeat and referral business, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieve a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is essential; dealership experience is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor, especially when addressing objections and negotiating.
- Exceptional customer-focused communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
