Job Summary:

This position will be part of the Warehouse materials support team supporting daily ticket office functions. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following functions:

  • Preparation of material picks for the MCS team, including expedites for urgent production needs and 100% QC Pulls
  • Preparation of sales orders for material needing to go to shipping
  • Support MCS team through inventory discrepancy troubleshooting
  • Validation of material transactions
  • Performance of data processing and inputs for tracking warehouse functions

Key Responsibilities:

As a Material Coordinator at Acro Service Corp, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the preparation of material picks for the MCS team
  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of sales orders for shipping
  • Providing support to the MCS team through inventory discrepancy troubleshooting
  • Validating material transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Performing data processing and inputs for tracking warehouse functions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience using Oracle ERP system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
