Position Summary

We are in search of an experienced Automation Solutions Architect to enhance our software development processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, efficiency, and quality of our software delivery through a thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tooling Evaluation and Configuration: Assess and select appropriate SDLC tools to streamline development and delivery. Provide insights on tools for version control, issue tracking, and automated testing.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate automated software integration and deployment.
  • DevSecOps Integration: Embed security practices within the SDLC by collaborating with various teams to incorporate automated security testing and compliance checks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with development teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices in DevSecOps and CI/CD.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and conduct training sessions for teams on CI/CD tools and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar architectural role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
