About the Role:
  As a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist at Positive Impact Health Centers INC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical claims submitted to insurance companies and other payers. This position requires a strong understanding of insurance regulations and medical coding to maximize accurate third-party billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  * Accurately and timely submit medical claims to insurance companies and other payers
  * Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations
  * Review and analyze medical records to ensure appropriate coding of diagnoses and procedures
  * Assigns or reassigns CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes as needed

Requirements:
  We are looking for an individual with an Associate degree (Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred) and two years of experience as a Medical Biller/Coder for medical and behavioral health services. Certified Billing/Coding skills are a plus. The ideal candidate should have good math and data entry skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits:
  The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
