TBG | The Bachrach Group is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to lead our construction estimation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing major projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates, and effective project management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our company's success in the healthcare and life sciences construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and evaluate project inquiries to ensure accurate pricing and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, including coverage, scoping, and proposal leveling to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead project estimation, value management, client interactions, and preconstruction processes to drive business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable design and communicate environmental benefits to clients.
• Delegate and review work on complex projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
• Strong ability to meet or exceed profit targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
