Lead Estimator Opportunity at TBG | The Bachrach Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator to join our team at TBG | The Bachrach Group, a leading construction firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences. As a key player in our expanding operations, you will oversee major projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and Evaluate: Prepare precise cost estimates and evaluate project inquiries to ensure accurate project scope and budget.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relations, including coverage, scoping, and proposal leveling to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Estimation and Value Management: Lead project estimation, value management, client interactions, and preconstruction processes to drive project success.
  • Sustainable Design and Client Communication: Support sustainable design and communicate environmental benefits to clients, aligning with our company's commitment to eco-friendly practices.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate and review work on complex projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
  • Experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed profit targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
