We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success. This is a full-time position for a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress, utilizing data to inform instruction and drive student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of practice.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
