Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner - Men's Health Specialist

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable Anti-Ageing clinic, is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Men's Health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Men's Clinic setting
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Men's Health and Functional Medicine

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Current Illinois License
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to practice independently
- Preferred experience with Men's Hormone Therapy (TRT) and Functional Medicine
