Job Description

Company Overview: Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with developed care plans and physician orders.
  • Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, and care delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
  • Take appropriate action based on assessment results, achieving expected outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
