Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Truist Financial Corporation. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed departmental metrics and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role or related client contact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience within the banking and/or finance industries preferred.

Work Schedule: 3 days 10-7, 1 day 8-7, Friday 8-6 and every other Saturday 9-3
