The Automotive Customer Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between them and our Service Department. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong communication skills to foster customer loyalty and guarantee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and promptly address their service inquiries
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their service work
  • Inform customers about service timelines and expectations
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services
  • Educate customers on various service-related topics
  • Manage escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Establish and nurture relationships with important customers
  • Engage with vehicles by climbing in, over, and around them as necessary
  • Record and maintain customer and vehicle data in our system
  • Accurately document all maintenance, service, and repair activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with diagnostic and repair information systems
  • Demonstrated customer service and sales expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate in, on, and around vehicles
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
