Telehealth Opportunity for Physicians

Dane Street is expanding its panel of independent contract reviewers to provide customized caseloads for physicians seeking supplemental income. As a Physician Reviewer/Advisor for Independent Medical Exams, you will utilize your clinical expertise to review insurance appeals, prospective, and retrospective claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review medical records and address client-specific questions using nationally recognized evidence-based guidelines and standards of care.
  • Ensure clear, concise rationales with adequate supporting documentation for each determination.
  • Identify and utilize current criteria and resources, refraining from using case studies or limited sample sizes.
  • Provide timely copies of utilized criteria and return cases on or before due dates.
  • Maintain proper credentialing, state licenses, and special certifications.
  • Attend required orientation and training, and perform other duties as assigned.
