Job Summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in a designated work area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sanitize interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare and handle sanitation chemicals and equipment in accordance with company protocols.
  • Set up equipment for use by manual lifting and moving, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train new team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Communicate daily with management to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate various equipment and read Material Safety Data Sheets to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
