Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearThis salary range is estimated based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
Job DescriptionAs an LPN/RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. You will prepare and administer medications, record patients' medical information, and monitor specialized equipment used on patients.
You will also participate in discharge planning, respond to life-saving situations, and utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a Long Term Care Setting and be knowledgeable about MatrixCare. Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification is also required.
