Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Clerk to join our team at Advantage Home Care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing mail, and ordering supplies. If you have excellent communication skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have a strong attention to detail, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $42,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate employee and client medical records
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Ordering office supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Guaranteeing the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Participating in special department projects as needed

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and manner
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift and carry 15-20 lbs
• Background free of disqualifying convictions
