PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guides prospects and clients on product options using a consultative method
  • Develops and maintains a database of potential leads through various channels
  • Follows up on leads generated from marketing initiatives
  • Prepares quotes and maintains consistent follow-up practices
  • Communicates with clients regarding order status and updates
  • Implements diverse marketing efforts to boost customer engagement
  • Maintains a tidy and organized workspace
  • Assists with various administrative tasks as required
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • A minimum of three years of experience in retail or inside sales with an emphasis on customer service
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Comfortable with initiating cold calls to generate new business
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
