About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our multidisciplinary team at HCA Enterprise in Asheville, North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our oncology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with various types of cancer.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other modalities.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory tests.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams.
  • At least two years' experience in oncology or women's health preferred.
  • 100% outpatient setting.
  • Four 10-hour shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Join a team of 7 physicians and 7 APPs.
