Construction Foreman Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee our precast projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated crew, ensuring top-quality workmanship, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the installation of precast concrete products, including wall panels, beams, and columns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in precast concrete construction.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in reading tape measure and production drawings.
  • Knowledge of precast equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and hold crew accountable.
  • Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures.
