Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Chemist I to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing scalable processes for OLED emitters that are reproducible and cost-effective through a thorough scientific approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable processes for OLED emitters, ensuring reproducibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Compound Synthesis: Synthesize client organic compounds following reactions paths provided by senior chemists, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Contribute to reports and regular updates at appropriate project intervals, maintaining detailed laboratory records and ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Lab Safety and Compliance: Work in a safe manner, reading, understanding, and following all pertinent SOPs to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Strong background in organic chemistry and process development.
  • Excellent laboratory skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
