Job Summary

Opusing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Scientist to join our dynamic Process Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting process research and development efforts towards the manufacture of new OLED emitters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable processes for OLED emitters that are reproducible and cost-effective through a thorough scientific approach.
  • Synthesize novel organic compounds following reaction paths provided by senior chemists.
  • Help design experiments and safely execute experiments independently.
  • Contribute to the interpretation of analytical results and propose process changes as necessary.
  • Provide support for scale-up of new products by technicians in both a kilo lab setting.
  • Contribute to reports and regular updates at appropriate project intervals while maintaining detailed laboratory records.
  • Work in a safe manner, read, understand, and follow all pertinent SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant technical field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in process research and development.
