Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in a Hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a Hospital setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct routine tests and procedures to diagnose and treat respiratory conditions
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Active VA Hospital license
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
