Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment.
