Creature, a leading integrated design build firm, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage our Electrical team. This individual will be responsible for delivering electrical and related systems for our medical and commercial clients on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize electrical operations to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement electrical systems and processes to enhance HVAC and Plumbing capacities
  • Provide leadership and support to the Electrical team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth labor loading and project delivery
  • Accountable for the performance and development of Electrical tradespeople
  • Responsible for the P&L of electrical business units
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical contracting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management and a BS in Engineering from an accredited university.
