Requirements:
  • Strong safety knowledge and leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
  • Experience in developing various process documentation (SOP's, work directions, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with others and leading process change.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a continuous production facility, preferred.
  • Experience in food production and sanitary equipment design, preferred.
  • Understanding of Lean principles, preferred.
