  • Execute cleaning tasks in all guest rooms and common areas, adhering to established checklists.

  • Promptly respond to guests' special requests for items such as extra linens, cribs, or cots.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies effectively.
  • Work efficiently to prepare rooms for incoming guests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate room readiness to the Front Desk staff without delay.
  • Report maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to enhance guest service.
  • Sanitize cleaning equipment, including mops and brooms, at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Assist with laundry tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with housekeeping standards and procedures.

Educational Background:

  • Willingness to walk throughout the property.
  • Physical ability to twist, bend, reach, and pull.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
