- Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for program participants.
- Conduct regular meetings with participants to monitor progress and provide support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, including participant information and program data.
- Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participant compliance.
- Assist participants with obtaining necessary travel documents and connecting them with community resources.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice.
- At least two years of relevant experience in law, social work, or a similar field.
- Bi-lingual language skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
- Must be a United States citizen and pass a background check.
