  • Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for program participants.
  • Conduct regular meetings with participants to monitor progress and provide support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, including participant information and program data.
  • Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participant compliance.
  • Assist participants with obtaining necessary travel documents and connecting them with community resources.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in law, social work, or a similar field.
  • Bi-lingual language skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
  • Must be a United States citizen and pass a background check.
