As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a school-based setting, providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized therapy plans to address their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address each student's specific requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving daily living skills and overall functional independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support students' overall development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy (e.g., NBCOT).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment.
