- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance quality of care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and provide cutting-edge care.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
