Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech-language services to students, managing assigned caseloads, and supervising Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate speech-language services for assigned students
  • Supervise and mentor Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure high-quality services
  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • State license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
