Job Title: Residential Clinician

NFI Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our team in Amesbury, MA.

Our program provides a safe and supportive environment for youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement to address emotional and behavioral issues.

Program Overview

Our comprehensive clinical services include:

  • Treatment planning and life skills training
  • Individual, group, and family therapy
  • Access to social and recreational resources in the community

Our highly structured milieu provides a predictable context for youth to stabilize behaviors, progress in treatment, and develop new skills.

Job Responsibilities

The Residential Clinician will:

  • Support the Clinical Director in planning and implementing clinical services
  • Assess new referrals and arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed
  • Develop and oversee individual treatment plans in cooperation with program staff and other service providers
  • Review client clinical records to ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations
  • Provide individual counseling and facilitate family meetings and home visits as defined by each client's clinical treatment plan
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • License eligibility (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
  • Previous experience working with adolescents and their families, with expertise in crisis stabilization and management
