Clinical Therapist

Responsibilities:
* Support the Clinical Director in planning, implementing, and overseeing clinical services
* Assess new referrals and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with program staff and other service providers
* Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family meetings as defined by each client's treatment plan
* Collaborate with program management and staff to ensure a therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation
* Facilitate family meetings, home visits, and case conferences as needed
* Act as a liaison with psychiatrists and other agencies providing auxiliary clinical services
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Social Work or related field
* License eligible (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
* Previous experience with adolescent population and expertise in crisis stabilization and management preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
