Key Responsibilities:

Promote Sales: Greet customers, identify service and product needs, leverage sales leads, and make outbound calls to promote sales and cross-selling of Bank products and services.

Meet Sales Goals: Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.

Operational Duties: Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.

Relationship Development: Develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. Identify opportunities to convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads.

Compliance: Adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Report, respond to, manage, and monitor risk as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.

Education and Experience: High School or GED, 0 years of job-related experience required. Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.

Licensures/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
