Position Overview
As a Mechanical Engineering Technology Co-op, you will have the chance to Imagine, Design, Build, & Learn. This role provides practical experience through engaging projects that significantly contribute to the organization's advancement. You will collaborate with top professionals in the field and work alongside a mentor who will help you define your objectives and expectations throughout your tenure.

Location
This position is based in Louisville, KY.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your mentor to achieve defined goals that align with business needs and offer valuable learning experiences.
- Complete innovative technical assignments in areas such as Dimensional Controls & Metrology, Modeling, and Simulation.
- Engage in hands-on learning opportunities including 3D Scanning, Polyworks analysis, and an introduction to Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Participate in development and training sessions to enhance your technical skills and professional growth.
- Involve yourself in networking and community service initiatives.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring region is required.
