Veterinarian Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team as a Lead Veterinarian. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing clinical practices, and mentoring our veterinary team.

• Provide exceptional patient care, including physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
• Develop and implement clinical practices to ensure high-quality patient care
• Mentor and train our veterinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care
• Monitor and manage associate doctor performance and production
• Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service
• Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of [insert state]
• 3 years of leadership/management experience, preferred
• 3 years of experience as a veterinarian, required
• Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
