Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, while developing strong relationships with their owners. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care, while also driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and education
- Monitor associate doctor performance and production, while driving financial performance of the hospital
- Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attending Continuing Education meetings
- Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure delivery of high-quality care and exceptional client service
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
- Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Veterinarians always earn their base salary and never owe any money at the end of the year
