Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join our Module Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs, and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, verify, and productize SOI IC in module solutions
  • Block-level planning, design, and tape-out schedule management
  • Analysis of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
  • Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing
Requirements
  • Hands-on design experience in high-performance Analog and RF products
  • Mid-level RF design experience, such as switch and LNA, in SOI with Cadence and ADS
  • Comfortable with at least one major EM tool for full IC + module level simulation
  • Good understanding of IC design flow, full life-cycle experience on multiple products
  • Knowledge of digital communication systems
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Min MSEE + 5 years of experience
