- Lead and develop a team of application engineers to drive innovation and excellence.

- Evaluate prototype silicon to drive product development.
- Hands-on experience working on RFIC Design is essential.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
- Understanding of optical communication systems is a plus.
- Experience with S parameters is mandatory.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite in our San Jose office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. A competitive salary and quarterly/annual bonus package is offered.
