Maintenance Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining all machinery, equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure they are kept to OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment such as presses, CNCs, conveyors, hydraulics systems, pneumatic systems, air compressors, welders, Ajax induction heat systems, ABB robotic systems, water treatment equipment and controls, and plumbing and piping.
  • Maintain inventory and parts, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical components and control circuits.
  • PLC experience (Allen-Bradley) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Basic understanding of electrical components.
  • Ability to work in a more independent and autonomous environment.
