Job Summary

Farmers National Company, a leading landowner services company, is seeking a skilled Agricultural Appraisal Specialist to join our team in Illinois. As a key member of our Appraisal department, you will conduct commercial agricultural real estate appraisals with accuracy and uniformity, adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct appraisals of commercial agricultural real estate, ensuring compliance with USPAP and our company's standards.
  • Assignments will be provided, and you will generate fee appraisals that meet productivity expectations and contribute to department objectives.
  • Provide exceptional appraisal services to customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor real estate value trends through sales analysis and knowledge.
  • Act as a consultant and resource for farm management and real estate staff on appraisal matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in appraisal.
  • Certified General Appraisal License.
  • Real Estate Licenses in required states.
  • Knowledge of USPAP standards and real estate business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
