Job Summary

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II at Acosta, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, and pack out products to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Straighten product on the shelf to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store, enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
  • Utilize a company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta's field technology on your company-issued mobile device as you complete your work.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and provide visibility into your activities.
  • Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s), building relationships with store management and associates.
  • Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done, leveraging the support of and sharing best practices with our Walmart team nationwide.
Requirements
  • Access to reliable transportation to get you to and from multiple retail locations in your area as a daily schedule.

  • A flexible schedule, with part-time hours that can include Sunday through Saturday, with days varying depending on the required work specific to the location.
