Scheels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload product from freight and prepare it for display on the sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products
  • Perform general cleaning and organization tasks around the store and back stock areas
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
