Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, kitchen equipment, and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and all other food preparation surfaces.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing all safe lifting standards.
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
  • Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment, ensuring all outlined sanitation and safety requirements are met.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
