Qualifications- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing quality care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Experience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice background preferred
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
